What Do I Do If I Get an Error Message after Upgrading from Sage Line 50 V5?

In the previous version of Sage Line 50 the variable AUDIT_SPLIT.DETAILS_2 represented the Extra Reference field that can be entered on invoices in the Batch Invoice entry section. In version 8 this variable has been replaced with a new variable AUDIT_SPLIT.EXTRA_REF.

Due to this variable renaming, if you were using the variable DETAILS_2 on a report in version 5 you will get the following message:

"Variable æAUDIT_SPLITÆ.ÆDETAILS_2Æ cannot be found in the catalog",

when running or editing a report that was using DETAILS_2.
